When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Please allow 72 hours for processing time. We will arrange for shipment of your order purchased on the site, but we are not liable for delays in shipments due to weather, fire, transportation interruptions, etc. as shipping schedules are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. For team orders or customization, please allow approximately 2-4 weeks as these items are made to order and require a longer processing time.
What is included in the pricing?
All prices shown on this site are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges are included in the product pages. All payments must be received prior to shipping.
What happens if the item I ordered is not in stock?
We will make every reasonable effort to stock all merchandise presented on our website. In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock or no longer available, you will be notified to discuss other options.
What are your methods of payment?
We accept payment by the following methods: AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Paypal. Do not send cash or personal checks.
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange your items within 21 days from the date of the purchase. Items that have been washed or worn will not be eligible for a return or exchange. If we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we may issue a refund for your returned merchandise instead. We are not able to process exchange requests if the exchange item requested costs more than the item being returned. We do not store our customers' credit card information on file, so we are unable to charge your card for any difference in price. How will my items be shipped?
We will ship items through the US Postal Service. If you need express
or overnight delivery, please contact us so we can make arrangements to
fulfill your request.
